Shipping policy

Delivery arrangements:

  • Orders completed on the Bagtory HK official website will be shipped within 2 working days
  • Self-pickup points/smart cabinets/convenience stores will be delivered within 2-3 working days after shipment.
  • Door-to-door delivery will be delivered within 1-2 working days after shipment
  • All orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day

 

Our company provides the following delivery services:

  • Alfred self-pickup point/smart cabinet/convenience store (only available in Hong Kong SAR, China)
  • Door-to-door delivery service (only available in Hong Kong SAR, China)
  • Overseas express delivery service (For customers from Taiwan and Malaysia, please contact our sole agent to purchase)

 

Delivery range:

  • The service scope covers more than 90% of Hong Kong, except for Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Ma Wan, Kwun Yin Shan Village, outlying islands and restricted areas.

 

General delivery time:

  • Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 2-3 working days after shipment. Orders placed in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 1 to 2 working days to be delivered.
  • Delivery time from Monday to Saturday: 3pm to 10pm
  • Sundays and public holidays: No delivery service
  • Order processing and delivery are only done on weekdays (excluding public holidays)
  • In case of holidays or extreme weather conditions, delivery time may be extended
  • Bagtory HK will not be responsible for incorrect addresses on orders
  • If the customer is unable to receive goods due to personal reasons, please contact the courier company to make arrangements.
  • If after the customer has determined the delivery time with the driver/delivery person, the delivery is unsuccessful due to a no-show, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs of re-delivery.

 

Self-pickup service:

  • Guests can choose a self-pickup point during checkout to pick up the items.
  • Please double-check that the Hong Kong phone number (+852) you entered can receive Hong Kong text messages (SMS)
  • After confirmation of successful payment, it generally takes 2 working days for the order to be processed and shipped, depending on inventory.
  • After goods are shipped, it usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive at the designated pick-up point. The recipient's phone number will receive a pickup password SMS message from the courier company.
  • Customers can go to the designated pick-up point and pick up goods with the pick-up code.
  • Please pick up goods within the specified time. Overdue goods will be returned to the warehouse and the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

 

Cargo tracking/change of address:

  • If you need to change your address before shipping, please contact us via whatsapp (852) 65343828
  • If you need to change the address after goods are sent, you must pay for the additional costs incurred.
  • If the customer is unable to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact the courier company to make arrangements. If the shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly, your order may be canceled and the company will not issue a refund.
